What am I doing when I should be sleeping? Reading sleazy tabloid entertainment news, that's what. Now sit back folks, while I share my findings:

Backstreet Boys bus runs over their fan on their comeback tour.

You know, I was under the impression they can't afford to run over fans anymore, considering the bits I heard of their latest single, PLUS the fact that Nick Carter used to be the main attraction of that group, and he looks flabby now....By the way, Nick Carter says his solo career was not a failure - I didn't even know he had one.

Then I laughed at this (parody) site about Elijah Wood being Very Very Gay, and checked out some other forum with a pic of Lindsay Lohan in a bikini, smoking a ciggie, balancing the laptop in one hand and waving paparazzi away with the other. I could smoke 3 million ciggies, die of lung cancer, and not make the news.

Anyhow. The real reason for this post started with Geeg.

She blogged that Dave Moffatt, previously of the band The Moffatts, auditioned for Canadian Idol

It's been reported that Dave was spotted with a gold ticket, which implies that he got through the first audition.

Some webhopping later also revealed that Dave is gay and came out of the closet, causing the band to break up, and him not talking to his dad for a year.

Then I read that he did some erotic photo shoot with photographer Toxicboy and these were some of the results:



So far so good...he even looks like a young, skinny version of Matt LeBlanc (Joey of Friends). And now onward ho!













The site the photos originate from seems to be overloaded with traffic of people looking for homoerotic photos of Dave, but hell, if you keep trying you might eventually get through to Toxicboy's site

This is probably good for Toxicboy in the sense that he has publicity. Not so good in that he really does have decent photos in his portfolio, that will probably be overshadowed by the whole Dave Moffatt thing.


For extra fun, two blurtys claiming to be written by Dave Moffatt and Scott Moffatt (the older brother). No they're not real....That, and Dave's site links to a disclaimer that's so old Geoshitties has bumped it off. Also slashfic (I think, didn't read it) of how Dave came out to his family. Drama ensues.

I notice that most of the reactions about him being gay ranges from "Haha! I knew it!" to "Oh my god, my life is forever ruined". I can't help but think that if the Olsen twins turned out to be lesbian and did a photo shoot together, things would be very different. For one thing, the amount of tissues that will be used up daily, worldwide, will increase dramatically. Considering the anorexic Olsen twin EATS something, that is.

I think Dave stuffed his pants with a sock. Doesn't matter, just thought I'd show you people the photos.

Anyhow, Rish is smsing me and I'm having fun telling her the Moffatt she used to think is cute is gay gay gay gay. YEAY!

Haha...I'm allowed to do this. I should be, anyway. Or not.

[ I cannot be certain of this, but I think my blog seems to have the most photos from the shoot so far, not that this matters. Just thought I'd point out the extent of my internet addiction. This seems to be old news that no one is interested in, though more people seem to be looking it up after the Canadian Idol thing. ]
