I was not able to watch the news about this scandal pero thanks to Migs, (manilagayguy.com) at nalaman ko ang story behind this issue.

Nung una kong nabasa ang article sa Inquirer (which is nakalagay din sa site yung link), medyo naawa ako dun sa patient. To think na these professionals (doctors and nurses) should be comforting him kesa tawanan pa sa mga nangyayari. (What happened is after the surgery, a deodorant tin can was found inside of him.) 

Biktima rin siya ng technology, since after nung surgery niya e nakuha pang kunan ng video na ipinapakita yung tin can na nakita sa kanya at nagtatawanan yung mga nurses. Disadvantage yan ng makabagong teknolohiya. Ang tamang paggamit nito ay dapat iwasto rin sa tamang lugar at panahon.

Hindi masisisi na iba iba ang opinyon ng mga tao, pero sana intindihin natin yung tao. Marami kasing iba ibang opinyon na lumabas na kesyo raw ang tanda tanda na nung lalaki e nagpapaganun pa, and the like pero hindi niya alam na ganun pala ang mangyayari. Yung mga iba diyan na kung kanino-kanino lamang nakikipagtalik e maging responsible sana kayo sa mga bagay na ginagawa niyo.

Kapulutan sana ng aral ang pangyayaring ito maging sa mga nurses ngayon at sa mga magiging nurse.

March 12 pa, April na.

April na, lumampas na birthday ko at all boys party naman ang nangyari. LOL. Buti na lang e hindi nagpunta yung ilang ka choir kong babae kasi for sure, maOOP yun.

How did i celebrated my 22nd birthday?

I woke up around 4:30 kasi ensayo namin sa choir ng 5:00 a.m. then after nun, tumulong at tumambay muna ako sa store namin kasi pag umaga, madalas ako na yung naghihiwa ng ilang mga bagay bagay para sa iluluto namin, mostly mga sibuyas at bawang ang kaharap ko pag umaga. Pati nga pala pitsel, yelo at thermos. Kasi ako rin pala yung nagdadala ng yelo pag umaga at nilalagay dun sa tubig namin.

After nung luto stuff, nagpasama ang aking ermat sa palengke para mamili ng ilang lulutuin para sa munting salo-salo ko noong gabi. Nabadtrip ako kasi may usapan kami nung mga kapitbahay ko na 9:30 kami maglalaro ng DOTA, kasi birthday nung kaibigan ko nung 27th and ang libre niya samin e DOTA na lang, which is past time naman talaga namin. :D Habang tinatype ko nga to e nasa isang shop ako habang naglalaro yung iba ng DOTA, kasi ayoko nung WTF kasi lag yung pc ko. Kadiri. Hehe.

After maglaro, mga 4 hours din yun, at ako'y nagsetup na sa bahay, naglinis ng ilang mga kagamitan, kinuha ang ilang mga pagkain dun sa tindahan kasi dun iniluto, para dadalhin na lang sa bahay. Ayun, nairaos naman yung munting party ko.

Salamat nga pala kay JR at Jeff (na ka-choir ko) dahil sila ay nagpaunlak sa aking imbitasyon na pumunta. Pumunta sila kasi magiinuman. At ito nga palang inuman na ito e naulit pa kagabi. LOL. Medyo dumami lang kami, nadagdagan ng dalawa pa. Hehe.

Putcha tong bakasyon na to e, DOTA araw araw ampf. Nakakaubos ng pera, pero namimiss ko pumasok. Hehe. Wala kasing baon e.

Vivienne Tan: The question is, what role did your family play to you as candidate to Binibining Pilinas?

Janina San Miguel: Well, my family’s role for me is so important b’coz there was the wa- they’re, they was the one who’s… very… Hahahaha… Oh I’m so sorry, Ahhmm… My pamily… My family… Oh my god… I’m… Ok, I’m so sorry… I… I told you that I’m so confident… Eto, Ahhmm, Wait… Hahahaha, Ahmmm, Sorry guys because this was really my first pageant ever b’coz I’m only 17 years old and ahahaha I, I did not expect that I came from, I came from one of the taft 10. Hmmm, so… but I said that my family is the most important persons in my life. Thank you.

~There we're so many hate comments and violent reactions because they think that this young gal is not deserving to win the crown coz she'll just slack off in the prestigous Miss World 2008 in Ukraine. Oh well, for me there's still a room for improvement. She needs to improve her English skills (grammar and pronunciation). I hope she can make it to the top. Take all the criticisms positively Ms. San Miguel. You can do it. 7 months preparation is enough for you to practice. Sana yung mga ibang Pilipino diyan, tumingin muna sa salamin at tignan kung marunong din magEnglish bago manlait ng kapwa niya. Sabi nga ni Melanie Marquez (Miss International 1979), "May karapatan kang magkamali sa English kung maganda ka!" Haha. Pero may papalit na yata sa pwesto ni Ms. Melanie Marquez. Hehe

Transport Strike kahapon.

Nakakainis kasi I was expecting nung gabi before kahapon e magaannounce ang UST ng walang pasok, pero hindi naman nagannounce, pero wala naman akong napasukan na klase kundi yung DBMS at DataComm lang. Nagquiz kami sa DBMS at Finals sa DataComm. Dapat defense namin sa Compiler pero hindi nakarating si Ma'am Cha kaya ayun, mamaya ang defense namin after ng exam ko sa Java. Nga pala, Finals na namin ngayon. Nakakainis kasi maaga ako gumising to pay my due sa Finals. E itong bank ko, hindi ako pinayagan mag over-the-counter dito sa branch na malapit sa USTe kasi ayoko nga magdala ng malaking pera. Kaya ayun. Wala pa ako permit, mamaya pa lang ako magwiwithdraw pagkauwi ko. Bukas dala dala ko yung pera pambayad. 12-4 pa naman exam ko bukas.

Tapos na kasi yung exams ko sa ibang subjects (DataComm at Cobol) kaya nabawasan yung ilang subjects ko. Nagaapply ako for OJT this Saturday sa Ateneo, natatakot ako kasi alam kong hindi pa naman ganun ka-polished yung skills ko sa SQL pero I'm willing to learn. Saka sabi kasi nung kaibigan ko na nagrefer sakin dito, after daw ng exams e interview pa ulit. Nagpaschedule ako ng interview on Saturday e, pinagiisipan ko pa tuloy kung pupunta ako kasi natatakot ako. :D Dapat before clearance may papasukan na ako for OJT. Haaaaaaay Sana makapasa ako sa lahat ng subjects ko.

This is one of my favorite songs from Carey's "The Emancipation of Mimi" studio album. Hindi man siya ganun nabigyang pansin, still this song is still dear to me (wala nga siyang music vid e). Pop/gospel ang theme na isinulat ng The Voice herself plus ng isang artist. Pinerform niya ito with "We Belong Together" nung 2006 Grammy Awards and she got a standing ovation. It was her best performance after ng ilang taon niya sa music industry. Though medyo garalgal ang simula, bumawi nung gitna. Medyo iba na kasi ang boses ni Carey ngayon, parang nagiging nasal na nga e at minsan hindi ko na naiintindihan ang lyrics na sinasabi niya, yet for me, she is still one of the greatest artist of all time. Kudos to you, nakakainspire talaga.
