Yesterday, some of the
Pinoy Cosplay members had their usual weekly mini EB @
SM Megamall, which is every Saturday. Meeting place is @ the foodcourt as usual. And yesterday's also the
Otakuzine's issue number 7's release in
Comic Alley, which also has the acticle about the
NCC's Top 99 Cosplayers. There are only 2 copies left when i arrived and fortunately i still got one, since i just came from work (my shift ends @ 5pm and arrived @ 6pm).
Since we're already warned by the guards about loitering there a couple of weeks before, we decided to go to
Club Synergy to meet the other latecomers & to play as well. So i went straight to CS right after. By 8pm we all decided to go to the foodcourt to eat before we leave. Jesus Mary & Joseph!!! Wala pa kaming 5 minutes na nakakaupo may guard nang umaaligid sa lugar namin. Neil & the others are already ordering pizza at that time, while Blindshinobi & me are ordering something as well. We're already eating when suddenly this woman appeared out of nowhere. And this is the scenario:
BLINDSHINOBI: Me problema po ba???
MANAGER: OO MERON!!! (sarcastic tone)
then she went behind us and...
MANAGER: Sino'ng leader nyo??? Sino'ng leader nyo??? (yelling)
LYRON: Wala po.
MANAGER: Sino'ng pwedeng kausapin sa inyo dito??? (yelling)
EDAMA: Me problema po ba???
MANAGER: Pwede ka bang kausapin??? Halika, mag-usap tayo! (yelling)
ME: Bastos naman!!! (parinig)
Di ko na tinapos kainin yung goto ko dahil sa sobrang bwisit sa inasal nya. So lumapit kami nina Neil ke Edama. I'll name the others as PC coz i can't remember who said what.
NOTE: The foodcourt manager always raise her voice during this conversation.
MANAGER: Alam ba ng mga magulang nyo yang ginagawa nyo???
PC: Ano ho bang problema???
MANAGER: 3 oras na kayong nakatambay jan. Alam nyo ba ang use ng foodcourt???
PC: Kadarating lang ho namin para kumain kasi aalis na rin ho kami.
MANAGER: Pagkakain nyo umalis na kayo agad. Ayoko na kayong makita dito.
PC: Nanggugulo ho ba kami??? Me nagreklamo po ba???
MANAGER: Nakatambay lang kayo jan eh.
PC: Eh kumain nga lang ho kami eh kasi paalis na rin nga ho kami.
MANAGER: Define bystanders!!! (repeating this the whole time)
PC: Eh bakit ho yung iba di rin naman kumakain pero di nyo pinapaalis??? (still repeating)
PC: Aalis kami pero paalisin nyo rin yung mga di kumakain. (still repeating)
ME: Ayaw nyo ho muna kasing pakinggan yung sinasabi namin eh!!! (shouting mode na ang lola mo this time) (she still keep on repeating that phrase)
MANAGER: Wala akong pakialam sa sasabihin nyo basta umalis na kayo dito!!! Kung gusto nyong mag-usap, punta kayo sa Administations Ofiice.
ME: Kabastusan yung ginawa mo kanina eh. Well, DEFINE RUDENESS!!!
MANAGER: Basta umalis na kayo dito!!! Ayoko na kayong makita!!! Punta na lang kayo sa Administration Office!!!
ME: Well, kung gusto nyo kaming umalis dito i-refund nyo yung binili namin!!!
MANAGER: Ipa-refund nyo sa kanila!!! (pertaining to Greenwich, Teppan & Goto King)
ME: Hindi!!! I-refund NINYO yung kinain namin!!! Bastos ka eh!!! Kumakain kami tapos magsisisigaw ka jan??? Kabastusan yun eh!!!
At bigla akong pinakalma ng mga kasama ko. And at the same time bigla ring lumayo ang hinayupak na manager na yun. Kumukulo na ang dugo ko sa kanya at that moment.
BASTOS SOBRA!!! VERY RUDE!!!
Suddenly, me lumapit na isang guard sa amin and talked to us calmly. Nice sya in fairness.
GUARD: Gusto lang kasi ng manager natin na walang umiistambay dito sa foodcourt kasi syempre kainan din ito. Eh siguro mali rin yung manager namin pero sana maintindihan nyo rin yung palakad natin dito.
YUI: Saan ho ba yung Administration Office???
GUARD: Wag na kayong pumunta sa Administration Office. Andito na naman si ma'm eh.
YUI: Eh sino yung kakausapin namin dun???
GUARD: Andito na naman si ma'm eh. S'ya ang manager namin dito sa foodcourt.
PC: Ano po bang name ng manager nyo???
GUARD: Si Ms. Salamangka. (not sure about the spelling though)
We went to Timezone after that to play for the last time before we left.
Nabubuwisit pa rin ako sa manager na yun 'till now. What she did is against consumer rights. She owe us a public apology, in fact. At least sana man lang she approached us in a nice way. Di man lang nga nagpakilala as manager eh. Plus we're not doing anything wrong. We didn't do anything to cause damage on their properties. We haven't done anything to cause harm to other people. Yes, we know the
NO LOITERING policy, that's why we chose to stay in Club Synergy instead. And we went there just to eat before we part ways.
The hell she's telling us to define bystanders!!! Didn't she know what that means??? Are we
BYSTANDERS at that time when she made a scene and yelled at us without telling us the reason why??? Isn't that against consumer rights??? Whatever the reason is, we are still considered as consumers at the mall, not basically on the foodcourt. We know our rights. And it's also our right to be respected and to be treated equally
ESPECIALLY WHILE DINING at the said establishment. At least excuse youself if you want to talk to somebody while they're eating. Di por que manager ka, pwede mo ng gawin kung anong gusto mong gawin. And isn't that what she did to us a bit rude??? Well again,
DEFINE RUDENESS!!!
Bakit yung iba kahit ilang oras nang andun kahit di naman kumakain di nila sinisita??? I saw some of the HERO organizers gathered there as well, maybe having a little meeting, with no food on their table, pero sinita ba sila??? HINDI!!! Is it because of the way we dress or what we look like??? Well, if that's the case, isn't it a bit discriminating???
They once told us na "natatakot ang mga bata sa inyo". Saan ba sila dapat na mas matakot... sa kasama naming naka

Toycon na hinahanap ng crowd para makita or just to take pictures with. Is that their definition ng "natatakot"???
Let me just leave on piece of advice for SM Megamall's Very Rude & Stupid Foodcourt Manager MS. SALAMANGKA... PLEASE TRY TO READ THE DICTIONARY AND TRY TO DEFINE BYSTANDER AND RUDENESS, YOU STUPID B*TCH!!!
