Hi guys.....i know, its been a while since i last visited my own blog..bweehehehe...been very busy lately......with what? hhhmmmm.... hhehehe..nothing really, i just dont know what to say here....

So what am i feeling today? a bit sad about work but i dont need to elaborate.....but very excited about the house i am planning to pay for the next couple of years ...whew! good luck to me...hehehe   so, i have a house all i need to find now is a partner in life ....bwahahahhaa...anyone who wants to apply?   Just kidding. 

My cousin from Australia is here so next week, i'll take a 2-day off to spend time with him.  He was the one who took care of me when I was in Australia so I will grab this opportunity to repay his kindness.  So to all RMA girls....behave while im gone....or else.... 

I'm excited! this is my first public message....as in!! i have never posted anything, not even a testimonial to any of the special people in my life. Im really a quiet, reserved-type of person who just love to read other people's comments......

Well, for my first post...i want to thank Lola Jing for creating this tabulas for me.....yep, i have an angel that granted my wish to have my own tabulas isn't she sweet?! I tried it before but the outcome was a big NO-NO! so i gave up and just view with amusement and envy the wonderful tabulas of my agents.....until today!!

Its Sunday and we only received 35 calls! wow...i love working on Sundays..if only i can have a weekday rest day i wish!! I heard we will have a new supervisor....but no confirmation yet...waaahhhhh!!! I love sir Dennis.....he is the nicest supervisor ever! but of course, i will give the incoming supervisor a chance...also, there are rumors that rhea and I will be pulled out from CS....so, its about time to mold these CSRs to be the next Team Lead......hhhhmmmm......that is work! hahaha..just kidding....all CSRs are now capable to handle this team......just lessen the errors guys..

1 hour to go and im on my way home.....yeheeyy!! its tiring not to do anything...hehehe..i only got 1 escalated call.... its my rest day later and were going to the mall to watch Hitch..then i'll sleep over at elsa's place and attend the training tomorrow morning....till next time...ciao
